Put a company’s many staff stays on one invoice, with VAT, both TINs, and the company’s purchase order and goods received note. When the payment advice arrives, Janus matches it to the invoices it pays, with withholding tax taken into account.
Transfers and POS, checked without the chase
Reception records each payment as it is taken, and each record names who was on shift. Management sees which payments are confirmed as received and which still need a look. Transfers into your hotel’s Paystack account confirm themselves.
Your own booking site, on your own domain
Guests book on your site and pay in full through Paystack, settled straight to your hotel’s bank account, and the booking arrives in Janus with the guest’s bill open. Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb connect through Janus’s channel manager, set up for you.

Does the Janus team come to the hotel?
Yes, in Lagos. The Janus team sets up your rooms, rates and team on site, installs Locstar key cards, sets up your stock and connects your booking sites. Anywhere else in Nigeria, setup is done remotely, with a visit for key cards and stock.
Can I check the hotel when I am not there?
Yes. Janus runs in any browser, so the owner opens the same records on a phone from anywhere: today’s sales, money received and what still needs checking, what guests and companies owe, and the records behind every figure.
How much does it cost?
₦100,000 a month for 20 rooms and ₦125,000 for 30 rooms, with setup included and the first 14 days free.
