Both plans run your front desk, guest bills, daily money checks, accounts, reports and booking page, and both include personal help. Choose Hotel if you need stock control, company billing or key cards. If you don’t, start on Essentials; you can move up whenever you need to.

Personal help is included with every plan. You can request help directly from Janus. Your contact will follow up with you to help resolve it. On Group, your requests are handled before standard requests.

When you open your hotel in Janus, not when you sign up. You can take your time setting up your rooms and prices first. The 14 days begin once you open, and no card is needed.

Choose a plan to continue. New bookings, check‑ins and new charges need a plan; stays already in the house can be finished and money you are owed can still be recorded. If you decide not to continue, you’ll have another 30 days to view and download your records. We don’t delete the records of a hotel that stops; we’ll tell you before that ever changes. Once you are on a plan, you can stop at any time and keep Janus until the month you paid for ends.

Yes. Moving up to Hotel starts straight away, and its price starts at your next renewal. Moving down starts at your next renewal. Nothing you have recorded is lost either way, and money owed to you stays in view.

You pay for the rooms your hotel has, not the rooms that are occupied. A quiet month and a full month cost the same. If you close a room for good, your price goes down at your next renewal.

Each hotel is priced on its own rooms, and the prices are added on one bill. On Hotel, a 22‑room hotel and a 10‑room hotel cost ₦105,000 and ₦50,000, so ₦155,000 a month together.

They are optional, and you pay only when the result happens. Before we start, we write down where you are today: how full your quiet dates are, and which company invoices are already overdue. We charge 10% of the room revenue from stays we bring in, after the guest has checked out, and 5% of overdue company money we collect. Every charge shows the booking or payment behind it.
