Janus, in facts.

One package runs reservations and the room board, guest bills, payments, a booking site paid through Paystack, restaurant and bar sales, stock, expenses from a receipt photo, company invoicing with VAT and TIN, and VAT and WHT packs. The owner sees sales, money received, what still needs checking and what is owed, for one hotel or several.

Every hotel gets the whole package.

• ₦5,000 per room per month for rooms 1 to 20, then ₦2,500 per room per month for each room above 20.
• Minimum ₦50,000 per hotel per month; each hotel is priced on its own rooms.
• Monthly examples: 10 rooms ₦50,000, 20 rooms ₦100,000, 30 rooms ₦125,000, 50 rooms ₦175,000.
• One package for every hotel, billed monthly, with no setup fee.
• Setup by the Janus team is included: booking-site (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) connections, stock and Locstar key cards. Key-card hardware, Paystack’s own charges and booking-site commissions are paid to those providers.
• The first 14 days are free, with no card needed.

Janus is operated by Janus AI Limited, based in Lagos, Nigeria. It was founded by Mark Ezema after watching his father run a hotel with reports that were hard to adapt and an owner’s view that depended on WhatsApp updates.
